Day 1 & 2



Day 1: 07 Nov (Mon) – International Flight


Day 2: 08 Nov (Tue) - Amman Airport – Amman 3 Hours Tour - Amman Hotel Ahlan Wa Sahlan - Welcome to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan! Our representative meets you with a signage before the immigration and assists you with the procedure. After you collect the luggage and pass the customs, the representative matches you with your driver. Explore Amman, the bustling capital of Jordan. Though already mentioned in the Bible as Rabbat Ammon, the city is modern with only a few ancient attractions we visit today. Head downtown to explore the Citadel hill with remains from the Roman to the early Islamic period and a small Archaeological Museum. Onto the opposite Roman Theatre from the 2nd century with 6,000 seats. From here stroll along the vibrant Souq with its different shops and stalls. We stop in Jabal Amman at Rainbow Street with its charm of early 20th century houses, cafés and restaurants. Overnight Amman hotel. Check into your hotel, rest of the day at leisure.

Day 3



Day 3: 09 Nov (Wed) - Amman Hotel - Madaba - Mt Nebo - Dead Sea Beach – Little Petra - Petra Hotel Early check out of the hotel and drive 30 km to Madaba, the town known in Jordan as the “City of Mosaic”. See the famous 6th century mosaic map of Jerusalem and the Holy Land at St. George’s Church. Head to Mt Nebo which is about 710 meters above sea level. From here overlook the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and parts of the Holy Land. According to the Bible this is the place where Moses granted to see the Promised Land before he died and alleged to be his burial place. Drive down to the Dead Sea, with 430 meters below sea level it is the lowest point on earth. This natural wonder has attracted visitors since ancient times, it is said even King Herod and Cleopatra took a bath here. We bring you to one of the beaches equipped with locker rooms and showers. Float on the buoyant and salty water, cover your body with the dark mud on the shores for some beauty effects or just relax at this special place. Afterwards proceed 2.5 hours southwards to Petra. See Little Petra, which most likely served as caravan stopping point for Petra. Enter the small site through a narrow gorge, known as Siq Al Barid, where to see temples, tombs and water channels carved in the sandstone. One of the caves shows the remains of a Nabatean fresco painting. Check into your hotel.

Day 4



Day 4: 10 Nov (Thu) - Petra Hotel - Petra Visit - Wadi Rum Camp Today visit Petra, the spectacular rose rock city, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. Prepare yourself for walking over uneven terrain. Petra is the biggest attraction of Jordan and was first established around the 6th century B.C. by the Nabatean Arabs, a nomadic tribe who settled in the area and laid the foundation of a commercial empire that extended into Syria. Start with a walk to the canyon, the so-called Siq, at its end you see the most beautiful monument, the Treasury. The building rises over 40 meters, and is carved into the sandstone like most of Petra’s architecture. Continue via the Street of Facades, passing by the Theatre to the Royal Tombs. Return along the same trail to the main entrance. From here the journey takes us 1.5 hours to Wadi Rum. Check into your campsite, where dinner and the desert night with a hopefully starry sky awaits you.

Day 5



Day 5: 11 Nov (Fri) Wadi Rum Camp - Wadi Rum 3 Hours Jeep Ride - Amman Hotel Wadi Rum has been inhabited since prehistoric times and this dramatic desert is Jordan’s largest wadi. Hop in a 4x4 and with your Bedouin driver uncover more of the vast desert. The rugged landscape, the changing colors of sands and mountains, the serene atmosphere will make you understand why Wadi Rum is one of the most impressive desert landscapes in the world. The setting had been used for Hollywood movies. You see canyons, red sand dunes, Nabatean rock inscriptions and a natural rock bridge formed over centuries. A long-distance drive of four hours lies ahead of you, taking you from the peaceful desert to the busy capital. Relax in the car until you reach Amman, check into your hotel.

Day 6



Day 6: 12 Nov (Sat) Amman Hotel – Allenby Bridge – Transfer to Jerusalem At a prearranged time, pickup from your hotel lobby in Amman. The drive to the Allenby Bridge, also known as King Hussein Bridge, takes an hour. After the formalities cross into Palestine/Israel. Arrive at Israel border. Immigration entry procedures. Meet Israel guide & transport and cross to Israel. Start with a panoramic view from the Mt. of Olives, a breathtaking view of the holy city of Jerusalem. Visit the Chapel of Ascension, the Church of Elena, and walk along Palm Sunday Rd. to Church of Dominus Flevit, the church where our Lord Jesus Christ wept over Jerusalem. Then continue the descent to one of the most inspiring works of architecture and art, the Church of All Nations, site of the garden of Gethsemane. From there, drive to Mt. Zion, site of the Last Supper Room. Drive to Bethlehem, check into hotel.



Day 7 & 8



Day 7: 13 Nov (Sun) Visit the Church of Nativity where Jesus was born. Proceed to Pilate’s Judgement Hall and recall the final hours of Jesus life. The Chapel of Flagellation and the Arch of Ecce Homo (Behold the Man). Walk and pray along Via Dolorosa, the Stations of the Cross where Jesus carried and fell beneath the weight of his cross to the Church of Holy Sepulcher. Continue the walk to the Garden Tomb, a beautiful ambiance for you to reflect on the words of God. Visit St Mary’s Church. Drive back to the hotel.


Day 8: 14 Nov (Mon) After breakfast, drive to the old city. Visit the 1st and 2nd Jewish Temples, now the site of the Dome of the Rock, the 2nd holiest site of the Muslims. Meditate and say a prayer at the Wailing Wall. Explore the oldest markets of Jerusalem. Drive to Nazareth, visit Holy Places. Check into hotel. Overnight stay.



Day 9 & 10



Day 9: 15 Nov (T ues) Drive to Cana, visit the Wedding Church and Renewal of Vows where the first miracle of Christ happened. We will arrange for husbands and wives in the group who will want to renew their vows. Proceed to the Baptismal Site at the Jordan River where John the Baptist baptized Jesus. Then we proceed to Galilee. Visit the town of Capernaum where Jesus lived. Drive to Tel Aviv, check into hotel.


Day 10: 16 Nov (Wed) Check out from the hotel. Drive through the capital city of Israel to the airport. International flight back home.
